We specialize in the etching of various metals
as well as the anodising of aluminum.

Decal printed Name Badges
Chemical Etching & Anodising
The Process of etching is very simple.
Chemsign uses specialised chemicals to etch into the specific areas of the raw metal.
We etch into all types of raw metals such as Brass, Stainless Steel, Copper and the most common
being Aluminium.
Anodising the finished product hardens the metal allowing it to become durable, long lasting, semi weather resistant and most importantly cost effective.
Ano-Print
Both methods depend on what the customer prefers whether it be raised, recessed or smooth.
Ano-Printing allows you to go much smaller in
detail, font size and will have a smooth, flush
look to the plate.
Chemsign takes the raw metal, treats it and
then uses specialised chemicals to print onto
the raw metal.
The Ano-Printed plate is semi-resistant to cleaning detergents such as degreasers and solvents.
This process uses specialised machinery in order to cut out letters, numbers and shapes.
Our machinery are accurate and precise when it comes to cutting the excact required product.
We also have a service available to assist you with any drawing requirements that you may need in the event
of having no artwork available.
There after you may decide on what you would like to do whether it be anodised, sprayed or plated.
Magnetic Name Badges in either a white,
brushed / polished gold or silver background.
All the details are digital printed and a resin dome applied, which is then placed onto a metal backing complete with a heavy duty magnetic gripper or brooch fitting.
